Google Docs
Spreadsheets: How many times have you heard, "I can't finish the lab. My lab partner has our data and he/she is absent." Once your students get used to Google Docs, this will be a statement of the past. Students use a Spreadsheet to record their data and "share" it with their lab partner. They both have a copy and no more excuses.

Forms: Forms allows you to do a quick check of your students' understanding. I call them "Just Checking". Students receive the URL to the form, answer the questions, submit the form, and I receive all of their answers in a Spreadsheet. Forms allows you to do a quick check of your students' understanding.
